Mission:
We are looking for a temporary Operational Manager for the Agency and Risk Management department in Milan: a team with diversified competences and cooperative environment.
You will provide execution and origination support capability for leading roles in structured finance transactions in Real Estate, Project Finance, Leverage Buy Out and Structured Solutions sectors, and you will report to the Head of Agency & Risk Management team in Milan.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Throughout the life of the structured financing transactions, you will focus on:
* Checking the financial deeds (risk and operational clauses) according to the SG procedures in place from time to time suggesting the due amendments
* Assuring a proper and timely booking of deals, securities, and covenants in their respective tools
* Granting a tidy and smooth closing process coordinating all the involved actors
* Verifying the financing data quality, implementing the needed recovery process
* Providing all services linked to Agency role, including, inter alia, calls and meetings summoning, waivers and amendments processing, payment waterfall test
* Assuring the compliance with all regulation procedure in force, both at local and Group level
The completion of the above tasks needs a successful cooperation with other SG's departments as Legal, Tax, Business Lines and Back Offices as well as financial institutions and clients.

Profile required
Studies & experience:
* Degree in finance or similar
* Previous experience in Agency or Settlement Dept will be appreciated
Language skills:
* Fluency in Italian and English
* French knowledge is a plus
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
* Operational skills required
* Good knowledge of Anti Money Laundering duties
* Very good knowledge of LOANIQ and MS Office package
* Proven interpersonal and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of rigor
* Ability to be proactive and reliable
