Overview of Role
*This role will have an immediate start*
The role is part of the broader Operations Department and entails performance of periodic/daily tasks across all main operations functions as well as liaising with internal clients from front office. The role also includes contributing to enhance processes efficiency and projects/strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Monitor completeness of daily reconciliations of clients' money and assets.
* Review of securities prices for client portfolio valuations.
* Production and delivery account statements of client portfolios.
* Setup client portfolios into the operating system.
* Monitor trading execution and delivery contract notes to clients.
* Client payment orders monitoring liaising with Custodian, Client Advisers and Outsourcer.
* Support Operations Team on new projects/initiatives.

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
* Bachelor's degree level or equivalent (recent graduates or students who only must discuss their final dissertation)
* Strong interpersonal skills - foster and grow internal (and external) relationships.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Reliable, conscientious, and professional with high level of professional integrity.
* Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.
* Flexibility, "can-do" attitude with high quality standards.
* Excellent communication skills - verbal and written (both Italian and English); professional manner; ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner
