We are seeking a IT Specialist Product Support in any of the following Canadian offices: Toronoto, Vancouver, or Winnipeg.

* In this role, you will be an integral part of the Application Management Services (AMS) Global Application Support Team, responsible for providing support and resolution for both internal and client-facing applications within the Mercer Global Investments portfolio.
* You will collaborate across international teams with an emphasis of working closely with colleagues within the North American region.
* You will work on various applications that span different technologies, enabling incident resolution, service requests, change implementation, problem management and working as part of a team to resolve major incidents.

We will count on you to:
* Provide responsive Application Support to our colleagues and clients, managing their expectations through clear communication
* Troubleshoot application incidents, collaborating with other teams as required to resolve issues within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
* Handle Application service requests for our colleagues and clients, to sometimes strict deadlines
* Participate and collaborate on change implementation, working alongside other teams to deliver application upgrades/fixes.
* Make decisions and take accountability for Application related processes
* Translate technical information into an understandable and consumable language for non-technical audiences.
* Communicate with professionalism, confidence and clarity
* Be pro-active in identifying and mitigating risk to technology and our business
* Work independently with minimal supervision
What you need to have:
* 2+ years of experience in an IT Support Service role OR Operational type role where managing priorities and strong communication were integral
* A logical approach with good analytical capability to troubleshoot issues
* Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse international teams
* Willingness to work outside regular hours, including weekends, with prior agreement.
* Ability to manage priorities and your own work load effectively
* Be a strong communicator, both verbal and written English.
What makes you stand out?
* 2+ years of experience in an IT Application Support role with exposure to applications across diverse platforms and technologies
* ITIL Certification
* Experience working in a global enterprise environment.
* Degree in IT related field or graduation/certifications from a credited Technology Program.
* Ability to adapt to change and a willingness to question the status quo to improve the work environment.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $73,700 to $130,200.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
