We are looking for an Internal Service Operator, committed to ensure all day-to-day Administration / Internal Services operations, and IT systems, to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Electrification and Automation Business Unit.

Your Challenge
As an Internal Service Operator, your main activities will be to:
* Operational management of the back-office process for order confirmation and related registration in company tools
* Operational management of "Entrata Merci"/goods receipt registrations linked to the logistics cycle
* Product and assembled classification activities for export control (determination of customs codes / identification of any dual use)
* Operational support activities of information Tools, if needed.
To be a perfect fit for this role, you:
* Technical education or Diploma in economics
* Have a proficient knowledge in English and Italian
* Passion to never-stop growing
* Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
* Are eligible to work in Italy
