In line with both our growth and business development, we are further expanding our company by researching for our Sales Department a: Key Account Manager OEM The OEM Key Account Manager is responsible for selling complex products and/or services. maintain and develop the strategic relationships with OEM Key Accounts, understanding their business objectives, and aligning them with our cutting-edge technology solutions. The candidate will create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability while meeting clients' evolving needs. In parallel he / she will create and maintain budgets, and coordinate with and report to senior management in the company. The ideal candidate will be based at the company headquarters facility in Firenze, Italy • Manage a portfolio of OEM Key Accounts to achieve long-term strategies, maintaining and expanding the customer base in existing and new vertical markets • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach, implementing yearly forecasts and key actions for each account • Set, track and achieve sales targets, aligned with company objectives • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth • Manage the opportunities pipeline to help sales forecasting and production planning • Strategically travel to build relationships with existing and new customers • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner • Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines including reporting • Research and report on all aspects of the industry, including competition and market scenarios • Collect customer feedback and market research • Use Company’s CRM to report all information about markets, accounts, opportunities, and activities. • Keep up to date with products and competitors • Make recommendations on product enhancements for improved sales potential Skills · LEADERSHIP: business acumen with a problem-solving attitude, strong interpersonal skills, excellent motivational skills, good supervisory skills, ability to absorb pressure that comes with the position, ability to work in a team · SALES: significant experience as a B2B Key Account Manager, ability to promote the company to expand the Key Account portfolio, understanding of sales performance metrics, meeting Sales Goals, motivation for Sales, Performance Management, strong negotiation skills, result oriented and driven, Sales Planning, ability to read and generate reports and market analyses, · TECHNICAL: knowledge of professional audio market and technologies, good understanding of the Company’s portfolio and main competition · COMMUNICATION AND WRITING: excellent communication and negotiation skills, Public Speaking Skills, Possession of good networking capabilities · TIME MANAGEMENT: ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time, ability to be flexible and to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ability to work with little or no supervision, ability to travel 50% of the time. Education and Experience · A minimum of proven 5 years of experience in sales management in international Pro Audio organisations · Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing · Demonstrated expertise of organizational strategies · English advanced working knowledge, written and spoken (knowledge of a second language like German or French constitutes a preferred requirement) · Basic economic and accounting skills · An advanced bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or other fields related to the profession. · A passion for everything is music tech related is preferred.
