We are currently seeking a Service Management Intern who will support the Service Management Office Manager as part of our dynamic team based in Milan.
How you will contribute:
As part of the IT Service Management team, your main missions will be to:
* Review the current processes understanding workflows and best practices
* Assist in service improvement practices
* Process guides and technical document preparation and update
* Create reports on the activity and processes
* Review KPI partnering with the role stakeholders
Who you are:
* A graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
* Knowledgeable about ITIL Framework
* A strong listener with an analytic mindset
* An organized professional with an analytical approach
* A cooperative and committed individual
* Knowledgeable about MS Office Suite
* Fluent both in Italian and English, French knowledge is a plus
