Responsibilities
SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS S.p.A., one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance. Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS S.p.A. ensures a daily support to over 300 clients. Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies).
Mission:
The trainee will join the Client Service team, Account Support.
You will be supported by a tutor and your team colleagues and will be included in the Know Your Customer (KYC) LTA remediation working group, which is related to the renewal of existing customer practices.
Tasks and responsibilities:
* Monitor and update KYC's progress of the entire perimeter of the project's customers and new customers throughout the process
* Customer data collection management and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Reporting on customer activities for anti-money laundering controls
* Reporting process (c/c and securities deposits) and customer census in Registry
* Flow set-up process to customers
* SGSS-managed web tool set-up job
* Customer complaints process and reporting
* Centralized management of customer information and their client repositories
* Establishment and preparation of internal and parent reporting of the work carried out by the office
