- Large Industries: provides techical gases and related products in an enlarged offer with high added value for large industrial customers by means of specific delivery systems (pipelines)
- Industrial Merchant: develops the production and sale of liquids and conditioned gases, manages the on site production and services for industrial customers.
- Electronics: develops the market related to high purity gases for the semiconductor industry.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
La risorsa verr? inserita all'interno della Direzione Risorse Umane Italia, dove supporter? il team HR nei principali processi di organizzazione, formazione, compensation & benefit, talent acquisition.
La risorsa si occuper? delle seguenti attivit?:
* Gestione di job profile e organigrammi tramite contatto diretto con manager e direttori di funzione;
* Partecipazione a progetti in ambito compensation & benefit, talent acquisition, formazione e sviluppo;
* Supporto nelle attivit? di comunicazione interna relative all'area HR (es. comunicati organizzativi);
* Supervisione dei processi di onboarding;
* Supporto nell'implementazione degli strumenti IT del Gruppo nell'ambito HR;
* Supporto all'attivit? di organizzazione di corsi tecnici e abilitanti;
* Gestione della reportistica e data entry sulla formazione.
Are you a MATCH?
● Laurea in materie economiche o umanistiche, il conseguimento di un master in HR ? considerato un plus;
● Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2);
● Conoscenza del pacchetto Office / Google Drive;
● Orientamento al lavoro in team;
● Buone doti comunicative e relazionali;
● Capacit? organizzative e di pianificazione;
● Dinamicit? e proattivit?.
