We at Generali are looking for a highly motivated intern who works in the HR - Talent and DEI function within the Region Medlat, which includes 8 countries in Europe and Latin America.
We are looking for someone who will support us in the following activities:
* Relationship with the Countries in the perimeter to support them in the implementation of the Generali Group People Strategy with a specific focus on Talent and Employer Value proposition.
* Relationship with Group Head Office for the activities related to the cascading and the monitoring of the HR KPIs for Medlat.
* Acting as point of contact and support for the local referents in relation to the different initiatives regarding Learning, Talent and Diversity Equity & Inclusion and EVP.
* Support Talent Development initiatives, helping the definition and implementation of training, assessment, and career growth for the Medlat Talents
* Support cross-Country initiatives with a focus on sharing best practices
* Support head of HR of Medlat for HRB activities for the Regional Office
Requirements
* University degree in Psychology, or Economics, or IT, or Statistics
* Professional knowledge of English both spoken and written
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Interest to work in the area of Human Resources
