Position
As part of the HR team in the Europe & Middle East Region, you will be involved in the payroll cost controlling and forecasting at regional level, monthly HR reporting and ad-hoc analysis. You will also support the personnel administration for the assigned countries.
Main activities:
* Prepare and submit the (COMPANY NAME) monthly HR reporting in coordination with the local HR Managers
* Support local Retail teams in the calculation of sales force incentives & management of the monthly payout
* Support the personnel administration for the assigned countries (contracts drafting, disciplinary, timekeeping etc.)
* Collect information related to new joiners, leavers and moves monthly
* Update the database on a regular basis with the consolidation of the personal information (gender, date of birth, role, etc.)
* Ad hoc missions: survey, input on calculation, annual report, commission and salary review
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in business administration/economics/human resources
* Fluent Italian and English is a must
* Advanced MS Excel proficiency
* Ability to use MS Office
* Excellent analytical skills
* Precision and commitment
* A short previous experience in HR Admin & Payroll will be a plus
