☕ What you'll be doing:
We are looking for an intern to join our Food Product & Promo Quality team, within our Quality Department based in #Torino.
As an intern you will work alongside your manager and team, in activities related to the development of new projects and you will collaborate with different departments, especially with R&D.
📊 Your activities will include:
* Collaborate with the quality manager of the current products to identify the main complained issues by customers and manage the lessons learned for the development of new projects.
* Support in highlight issues from markets / customers and quality tests and reports them to the development team
* Support in identifying qualitative issues and solutions and managing recovery plans
* Promote all activities aimed at having a quality product that fully satisfies the customer's needs.
* Support to Quality Manager for claim analysis, collecting technical feedback for Customer Care, collecting info for batch releases
* Support in product testing activities from customer point's of view
* Support for cosmetic criteria definition for promo products and fully buy products
💡 Who we're looking for:
* You're available for a six-month internship with full-time commitment. Starting date: February 2024
* You'll be fluent in Italian and English - you'll probably have an international experience? Way to go!
* You've a Master's degree in Food Technology/Chemical or Food Engineering
* You are a proactive person, with good Excel and Power-Point skills
* You're digitally minded and have a flexible approach
* (And if you're a coffee lover.....that helps!)
