We are looking for a passionate and motivated undergraduate or recent graduate for an experience in the field of Quality. This role will provide practical experience in quality management, allowing the individual to actively contribute to process improvement and organizational quality standards. This learning opportunity is unique in a dynamic environment, with the chance to develop key skills in the quality field at the Altopascio (LU) facility. It is a full-time, paid internship lasting 6 months.
What you will do:
* Participation in Quality Control Projects: Collaborate with the quality team to take part in Quality Control projects and support the implementation of improvement processes.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to quality performance, contributing to the preparation of periodic reports for company leadership.
* Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production and research and development, to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
* Involvement in Internal Audits: Assist in internal audit activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
* Documentation Management: Contribute to the management and updating of quality documentation, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
* Participation in Continuous Improvement Projects:
* Actively collaborate in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the quality context.
Who you are:
* University student or recent graduate in Engineering, Economics, or a related field
* Demonstrated interest in quality management and continuous improvement
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Knowledge of common software tools (Microsoft Office, for example)
