(COMPANY NAME) is looking for a talented student/new graduate for a 6-months internship opportunity within our Quality & Technology team, based in our Cremona Plant.
As an active member of the team, this experience will give you the opportunity to develop your talent in a professional working environment of a global company, where you will gain valuable insights, skills and competencies that will help you build your expertise.
For students, the internship can also represent the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of final dissertation.
Internship Objectives
CQ Cremona plant aims at guaranteeing the Quality and Food Safety of bakery soft products made in Cremona plant and other copackers of the (COMPANY NAME) group, through specific analysis.
You will support the management of the analytical part of finish products:
* Collecting and analyzing samples to check quality and food safety, using standard or new methods if needed
* Providing results to Q&FS groups/ stakeholders and feed Dashboard with SAP tool
* Guaranteeing and verifying the accuracy of the data in order to obtain robust KPIs
* Being able to evaluate the results critically
* You will contribute to the management of all the analytical evaluations on soft bakery finished products preparing samples for the analysis; contributing to analysis execution, collecting data and inserting the results in SAP tool, organizing samples collection/ stocking, elaborating data and results sharing/interpretation
You will also support other plant projects, such as:
* Creating reports on new process validation (e.g. Cleaning process)
* Training the new- comers and spreading quality culture among the plant
* Roll out and feeding Veeva System to manage (COMPANY NAME) Quality system (insert info on NC, CAPA, RCA, Audit)
Candidate's Ideal Profile
* Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry or similar
* Intellectual curiosity, flexibility and open-minded approach
* Very good interpersonal skills, communication and team work attitude
* Accuracy and analytical skills
* Fluent Italian and English
* Digital skills on different tool like SAP and LIMS are consider a plus
