PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The E-Business & CRM Coordinator will coordinate LFB's e-business and CRM activities on local market in order to enhance the Maison's presence and performance on online channels, within the framework of an integrated omnichannel strategy.
Profile
RESPONSIBILITIES
E- Business:
* Support the definition of the local E-Retail strategy and commercial/animation activity plans, cooperating with other departments involved (Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sales, etc.), ensuring to be in line with the global strategy
* Define sales targets and monitor monthly E-Retail sales and KPIs to ensure growth is on track with objectives
* Proactively identify new opportunities to improve the operational efficiency and growth of E-Retail business
* Oversee online product merchandising of catalogues, ensuring products are accurately described and priced
* Analyse web traffic and user behaviours to identify opportunities for improving online sales performance; generate regular reports on e-business sales performance, conversion rates, etc., providing insights into trends and recommendations for improvement
* Plan and manage Retail Media campaigns and Rates & Reviews campaigns
* Manage forecast, logistics and invoicing (orders and promotional items)
* Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials tailored towards online audiences
Additional information
CRM:
* Implement and optimize local CRM strategies following HQ Guidelines in order to improve customer engagement.
* Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
PROFILE
* Previous experience in a similar role involving coordination of e-retail activities and/or CRM systems management
* Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
* SEO/SEM campaigns understanding
* Excellent analytical skills combined with experience in creating detailed reports.
* Excel, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, SAP- Tableau, Power BI are nice to have
* Technical skills related to website function (HTML) is a plus
* Fluent in English
