Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CRM Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the fashion luxury sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Clients Insights to deep dive into our clients' knowledge and purchasing journeys, ensuring exceptional roll out of CRM initiatives within our retail network. This role requires proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
* DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING
* Perform data insights to identify clients purchasing behaviors, to detect trends and opportunities for marketing and product strategies
* Based on the performance of regular clients' insights, establish and monitor a set of KPIs, generating regular reports to review the effectiveness of CRM metrics
* Ability to communicate insights gained from data analysis clearly and effectively, both verbally and through reports and presentations
* CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
* Implement and optimize local CRM strategies following HQ Guidelines in order to enhance clients' engagement and loyalty via the suggestion of tailored marketing efforts
* Clienteling point of reference for the store network: gathering feedbacks and needs, mainly related to clients lists management
* Support in the planning of CRM campaigns across various channels (mainly emailing)
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and clients' focused initiatives, making adjustments as needed to improve performance
* Address and resolve clients issues and feedback promptly and effectively
* TECHNOLOGY AND TOOLS
* Manage and optimize CRM systems and tools
* Provide training and support to team members and retail teams on CRM tools and best practices
* Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies and trends in the luxury fashion market
Profile
* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
* Previous experience in a similar role or in consulting
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions, combined with experience in creating detailed reports
* Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Creative thinking with a client-centric mindset
* Excel proficiency, Powerpoint advanced skills / Salesforce, Power BI knowledge are nice to have
* Fluent in English
