To further develop digital capabilities and create synergies, YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP has created new departments as Centres of Excellence.
One of them, the Growth Department, is responsible for driving new and existing customer growth encompassing all Digital Marketing and CRM actions at the service of our stores. 
The Growth Team are now seeking a talented Regional CRM Coordinator to join Global CRM team.
Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Reporting into: Regional CRM Lead
Contract Type: Maternity Cover

Potential Start Date: February/March 2024
Role Purpose:
The Regional CRM Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing local CRM actions and look after the owned channels performance, highlighting areas of improvement within the assigned regions, for the four brands of the group. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of CRM systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enhancing customer experiences.
The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams; expertise in stakeholders management is highly preferred, fluency in English is a must have.
Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
* Data Wizardry: Leverage cutting-edge analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement on both the owned channels and the customer base;
* KPI Trailblazer: Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs, ensuring that all the regional CRM activities are meeting or exceeding company benchmarks.
* Collaboration Champion: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Technology teams from all over the globe to stay up to date on actions, liaise with relevant stakeholders in the HQ and remove roadblocks to get things done
* Virtual globetrotter: you'll connect weekly with regional CRM teams and make sure they are committed to the global CRM goals, on track with the budget spending, skilled on tools and ways of working
