Synergie68, Milano Cadorna branch, is looking for a CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE belonging to protected categories - as regulated by Law 68/99to join an important Italian FinTech specialized in mobile payment, based in Milan (Italy).


Posizione

As Customer Care Representative you will be a daily point of reference for merchants who accept the App as a payment system and for the private users that pay with the App. You will also interact with various company departments and will be responsible for assisting users or merchants through new features and improvements, queries and different issues. The activity will be handled mainly by email or phone-calls, and consists of:

  • Managing large amounts of incoming emails providing high-quality support to customers, by assisting them to solve pre and post-activation problems;
  • On-boarding hundreds of merchants per day following strict internal procedures;
  • Making scheduled outbound calls with merchants;
  • Collecting and combining information from multiple sources, using spreadsheets and CUSTOMER CARE / BI tools;
  • Taking care of the relationship with existing business partners;
  • Completing and improving existing procedures.

Requisiti

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • University/college degree;
  • Fluency both in spoken and written Italian and English;
  • Previous experience in Customer Care activities is preferred;
  • Great time management skills and natural problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities and attitude to work in a team;
  • A detail-oriented mindset;
  • Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Knowledge of German and/or French is considered a strong plus.

Altre informazioni

The role is based in Milan, Italy.


Working hours: full time, 40 hours/week, 5 days/week, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 19.00 and during weekends from 9.00 to 18.00, depending on work shifts.


Type of contract and salary are commensurate with experience.
