The Team - Strategy & Innovation:
This position will be a member of the Strategy & Innovation group, providing support to our SVP of Strategy & Innovation and two teams: Solution Management and (COMPANY NAME) Labs.
(COMPANY NAME) Labs operates as an independent research and development unit within (COMPANY NAME), dedicated to innovating business models and investigating new concepts and prototypes that complement the (COMPANY NAME) platform. Solution Management concentrates on White Space analysis and proposals, competitive and market insights, along with Analyst Relations activities.
The Role:
As an Admin and Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal operations and building a vibrant community around Strategy & Innovation, including (COMPANY NAME) Labs and Solution Management. This position requires a candidate with 2-3 years of work experience in program management, executive assistance, and excellent communication skills.
Your Responsibilities:
Community Management:
* Cultivate and nurture a positive and engaged community within Strategy & Innovation and across (COMPANY NAME).
* Central point for managing and maintaining our intranet and knowledge governance.
* Collaborate with marketing, product and GTM teams to contribute and execute community engagement programs.
* Support and contribute to the local (COMPANY NAME) office site teams (Munich, Milan, Madrid).
Administrative Support:
* Provide administrative support to our SVP Strategy & Innovation and his leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organizing customer workshops, and handling travel arrangements.
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, workshop agenda's and other documentation as needed.
* Organize and coordinate team events/workshops and team-building activities including budget management.
* Support procurement and legal tasks, e.g. create POs and manage requisitions.
Program Management:
* Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of various programs and initiatives.
* Evaluate, monitor, and report on the success of programs.
Your Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience
* 2-3 proven experience in program management, executive assistance, or a related role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.
* Strong organizational skills, such as the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
* Experience with Google Workplace, Microsoft Office, Atlassian and Workday preferred.
* Demonstrating problem-solving abilities, such as a proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
* Collaborative team spirit.
