Position
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
As Trade Marketing Manager for the Export countries, you are responsible for local development, execution and performance monitoring of Trade Marketing strategies for all Maisons mainly in WHS channel. You will report directly to Head of Trade Marketing EMEA.
You must exchange with multiple interlocutors (Sales, Corporate Trade Marketing, Training, Digital, Logistic, Customer Service, external suppliers, local distributors and KA, opticians of our network etc.) ensuring compliance with guidelines in order to increase performance (sell-out) and the visibility of the Maisons, while respecting the budgets allocated and timing for all campaigns activations.
MISSIONS:
Brand Visibilities
- Implement the marketing strategy to local markets by organizing seasonal and permanent windows, in-store and corners for our Maisons and also for the new launches;
- Manage permanent project for fixtures from the negotiation to final set up, according to the Maison guidelines;
- Maximize the Th?lios presence in our key points of sale;
- Communicate regularly with HQ Central Marketing and trade Marketing team to have the complete knowledge of Maison requirements and plans;
- Communicate regularly with the Sales team to ensure compliance with the guidelines of the headquarters of the Maisons;
- Create a collaborative and constructive relationship and build trust with our Brand Ambassadors and with local distributors partners, for greater transparency;
- Define with local distributors and stakeholders the MKT investments and plans;
Sales Performance/Market Monitoring
- Periodic monitor, anticipate and control strategic data (sell-out) to ensure performance and improving visibility on point of sale;
- Ensure competitive and internal monitoring (identification of needs, product returns, etc.);
- Support the sales team in brand presentation and order collecting during sales meetings;
Budget
- Negotiation with suppliers to obtain the best prices, deadlines, services and qualities of the POS displays implemented seasonally;
- Negotiation with local distributors on marketing fees and contributions;
People management
1 jr resource ad direct report
The position is based in Milan with frequent travel required in the market (aprox 40%).
Profile
Education
- Master degree
- Business school education or university equivalent
Experience
From 3 to 5 years at a similar position within the luxury, fashion of cosmetic industry
Specific competencies
Linguistic: English and Italian fluent, French as a plus
Computing: proficiency with Pack Office
