What you'll do
Supporting your assigned tutor, you will:
* Support in the creation of new training tools
* Assist in the integration of tools to support training programs
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting during training session
* Collaborate with the team to ensure effective use of training tools
* Propose changes in tools and/or services for training courses
* Prepare operating manuals, or training materials for customers and the sales force.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Degree in Communication, Technologies or related field
* Italian mother tongue and English fluent. German is appreciated
* Ability to lead and convince; good communication skills
* Problem Solving
* Flexibility
* Office proficient and good skills in video creation.
