Stage Marketing Activation - PharmacyAbout the roleWe are currently seeking 2 motivated interns to join our Marketing team for our Health & Medical division, based at our offices in Legnano. As a Marketing Assistant Intern, you will actively participate in the development and execution of robust marketing and communication plans for the upcoming year, focusing on our Tena brand.This dynamic role encompasses a wide range of activities, including the organization of commercial initiatives and the planning and execution of promotional campaigns.Moreover, this involves the formulation and implementation of effective communication strategies resonating with the target audience (pharmacies and care homes), as well as driving educational initiatives to enhance brand awareness and understanding.This role includes the planning and coordination of events to engage stakeholders and effectively promote the brand. In the digital Team, contribute to and oversee the execution of innovative projects, ensuring they align with the overall marketing objectives.This is an opportunity open to graduate students and recent graduates for a 6-month full-time internship, with the possibility of continuation afterward. The aim is to provide a valuable learning and professional growth opportunity in a dynamic and stimulating environment.What You Will DoSupport for conducting regular in-depth analysis of market trends and competition through the use of the Nielsen database, analysis of consumer data, and the execution of ad hoc research.Providing assistance in implementing marketing and communication plans for 2024, actively involving commercial activities, promotional efforts, communication initiatives, organizing training sessions and events, as well as collaboratively participating in the execution of digital projects.Close collaboration with various internal departments such as Customer Service, Sales, Demand Planning & Logistics, Corporate Communication, and Control to stay updated on developments related to new products. Additionally, establishing constant communication with external partners, such as creative agencies and suppliers, and interacting with international marketing teams.Active assistance to the Marketing Manager in daily operational tasks, including the creation of new product codes, translations, managing relationships with suppliers, and handling contracts.
