Job purpose : Versace is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Marketing Activations & Events Associate Manager to join the EMEA team.
Reporting to the Marketing Director , the objective of Marketing Activations & Events Associate Manager EMEA is to support the retail business delivering elevate and innovative in store activations working closely with CRM team; improve the communications with the stores and across all stakeholders maximizing local brand visibility and elevating brand identity and positioning. The Manager will also coordinate marketing activities across all channels to achieve a full 360° luxury consumer experience .
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute c ascade and deliver marketing and CRM activities across the EMEA region in order to ensure right targets consumer acquisition, retention and foster loyalty ;
- Full accountability on the organisation of all in - store activities including store openings, special events and experiences. Contribute to the ideation of local experiences working closely with CRM team to achieve regional goals ;
- Manage and organize the whole face of each project dealing with internal and external stakeholders (general logistic management, budgeting, estimates, negotiation, talents, agencies and contracts ) ;
- Manag e all marketing activities to deliver the necessary tools for 360° holistic cross channels support .
Profile :
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Marketing/Public Relations ;
- Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills, ethics and cultural awareness ;
- Passionate, motivated, curious, and entrepreneurial spirit ;
- Min 4/5 years of experience in Fashion/Luxury companies or agencies being able to manage independently events and reporting ;
- F amiliarity with media ecosystem as well as for celeb/influencer and KOL ;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and comfortable learning new t echnical financial planning ;
- Language skills: English and Italian fluent , any additional language will be a plus ;
- Ability to perform under stress and collaborative and supportive in t eamwor k.
