You will form part of the team working in the one of the fastest growing and most highly sought after sectors in Industry.In this role you will be responsible for adapting existing processes or creating new ones to ensure the sustained growth of our global Spare Parts business. You will work in the Robotics AMR Global Solution Centre in Burgos, Spain.Due to an exception customer demand and ongoing business expansion, we need proactive and autonomous problem solvers who can take on challenges and solve them within agreed time frames. To help us rise to the challenge to bring world class Spare Parts to our customers across the globe, you will work in a cross functional team located in different countries.The key to success in this role is determination, proactivity and a “can do” attitude. The initial period of work is for one year. There is a high likelihood that the work will continue longer, however it cannot be guaranteed at the time of writing.

Your responsibilities
- Develop project plans and work scopes for Spare Parts logistics operations
- With support of experience colleagues, develop and implement the packaging and labelling for industrial Spare Parts ready to be shipped across the globe.
- Support warehouse staff to use the newly developed parts packing requirements
- Supplier liaison to implement packaging requirements
- Adaptation of existing warranty process and reverse logistics to meet current and future business requirements
- Implementation of world class Spare parts pricing methodology (with support from experience colleagues)
- Ensuring the correct data is entered into SAP to allow efficient and automated electronic transactions
- Active collaboration to help identify inefficiencies in existing processes, and implement remedies
- Collaboration with R&D, Product Development, Production, Logistics and Finance both in Spain and abroad (Europe, USA & Asia) to ensure successful outcomes.
Your background
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industry working as technical or problem solving roles, with a preference for activities in logistics and/or warehouses.
- Ability to work with SAP and MS Office tools
- The ability to work autonomously and proactively
- Team worker
- Positive outlook
- Tertiary degree valued, but no obligatory
- Proficiency in Spanish & English
- Current car drivers license valid in Spain
