Pricing Specialist - After Sales (Spare Parts)

Pricing Specialist - After Sales (Spare Parts) Responsibilities: · Develop and implement pricing strategies. · Collaborate with sales, purchasing, finance, B.I. and product teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with company objectives and support sales growth targets for Spare Parts. · Monitor and analyze pricing performance for After SalesSpare Parts, identify areas for improvement, and recommend adjustments to pricing strategies as necessary. · Create and maintain pricing models, tools, and databases specific to Spare Parts to support pricing decisions and provide accurate and timely pricing information. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams. · Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices related to pricing in the automotive powertrain After SalesSpare Parts sector. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. · Proven experience in pricing analysis and strategy development, preferably in the automotive industry as a powertrain Tier 1 supplier, with a specific focus on After SalesSpare Parts. · Strong analytical skills. · Proficient in using pricing tools, databases, and Microsoft Office (Excel - Powerpoint). · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams. · Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. · Fluent in speaking and writing Italian and English language. · Knowledge of market research methodologies and techniques in the After SalesSpare Parts sector and familiarity with the automotive industry, specifically in the powertrain After SalesSpare Parts segment, is preferred.
