Our client is an small&medium enterprise operating in the semi-durable goods sector, which, after a period of rapid growth, is now consolidating its business and establishing a scalable organization to facilitate the company's further growth.
Description
- Ensure the achievement of shared targets with the management through team management
- Propose and implement appropriate policies and procedures to ensure a service consistent with company targets
- Manage the P&L of the service division
- Manage customer relationships at the Italian (GDO and GDS) and European level directly and through external partners
- Develop and implement standard procedures for managing technical assistance requests, scheduling repairs, and managing spare parts inventory
- Continuously monitor spare parts stock to ensure optimal availability
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Identify and implement strategies to optimise operating costs without compromising service quality
- Manage returns of defective or non-compliant spare parts promptly and effectively, ensuring timely ticket closure
- Analyse the causes of spare parts defects and propose preventive solutions to reduce future occurrences.
Profile
- Degree or diploma in engineering.
- Consolidated experience in service for durable goods.
- Negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong orientation towards teamwork.
- Precision and attention to detail in the management of daily activities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English is a must; proficiency in any other language is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and influence other teams.
- Proactive and result-oriented.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
