Sales Associates (Ft/Pt) - Flagship Store Milano Brera

ASTIER DE VILLATTE is a French company specialised in the production and sales of high-end products such as ceramics, scented products (candles, incense, colognes, perfumes), cutlery, glasses, stationery, published works, castings, furniture, chandeliers, lamps… made available through its stand-alone stores (2 in Paris, 1 in Seoul), its Eshop and a very selective global network of high-end retailers (luxury department stores, home interior, fashion & select stores and niche perfumeries…).

In a context of solid growth, ASTIER DE VILLATTE is currently looking for Sales Associates to join the team of our soon to open stand-alone store in Milan, our first one in Italy. This can be full-time or part-time positions, spanning Monday to Saturday (depending on the weeks), and potentially Sunday at a later stage.
 
Your main missions will be (non-exhaustive list):
- To welcome and advise our Italian and international customers
- To develop the store turnover by promoting our products and building customer loyalty through tailored advice
- To ensure the good running of the store while maintaining impeccable quality
- To be the representative of the brand and contribute to the development of the company’s image
- To comply with procedures (cash register, after-sales service, etc.)
- To participate in inventory management
- To respect the rules and procedures of our company

- 12 months minimum of professional experience in retail, ideally in luxury
- Fluent in Italian & English, and mastery of a third language appreciated
- Affinity for decoration, design and high-end products
- Motivated, dynamic and rigorous
- Impeccable presentation
- Good humour and open-mindedness
