RETAIL AREA MANAGER
In this role, you build and drive high performing teams that excel in execution and performance.
Strategic role within the organization to ensure operations optimum standard levels for the assigned area, contribute to elevate retail excellence, achieve assigned targets whilst remaining compliant to HQ guidelines.
Oversee corporate network stores, optimize store’s procedures and results leading, inspiring and developing the team to deliver sales, targets and best-in-class customer service.
You drive efficiency, systems innovation and continuous improvement to in store operations, sell-out strategies in line with global road map and local targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve, exceed and maximize sales results, KPI’s within area’s network of stores, aligned with retail targets.
- Implement operational execution and processes to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability across stores network.
- Ensure implementation of operational activities in synergy with the Retail Team with specific focus on sell-out results, stock and inventory management, retail and product planning calendar, store image excellent standards and appropriate supervision of layout performance to ensure commercial efficiency.
- Improve store productivity by analyzing sales data and translate them into action plans, setting specific team objectives, targets, guidelines.
- Develop and present to Retail Manager monthly reports and action plans in line with business requirements, growth opportunities and performance expectations.
- Support and facilitate effective retail operations through excellent communication, frontline service orientation, strong priority-setting, analytical skills and expert mastery of operational KPIs, systems, dashboards and tools.
- Monitor the application of working health and safety conditions and application of security measures.
- Planning and coordinating maintenance roll out related to corporate stores defining procedure and timing in agreement with the General Affairs Dept. and head of functions involved.
- Monitor correct application of visual merchandising guidelines across the stores of the assigned area.
- Supervision and management of activities and events in store.
- Acting as the main interface between departments and staff within the stores to ensure appropriate and smooth communication across departments.
- Manage and motivate the retail population to develop strongest team spirit, action and goal- oriented mindset.
