WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
You are suitable for this job if you have:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA SD/MM implementation and customization, specifically within the retail module.
• Extensive knowledge of GDO industry processes, including supply chain management, logistics, warehousing, and retail operations.
• Proven expertise in configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA SD/MM Retail modules, with a focus on merchandise management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in SAP ABAP development
• Experience with other SAP technologies, such as Google Cloud Platform and Oracle
• SAP S/4HANA SD/MM certification(s) preferred.
WHAT WILL YOU DO? ✔️
• Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA SD/MM Retail modules to meet the specific requirements of the GDO industry, including but not limited to merchandise management, inventory management, sales and distribution, pricing, and procurement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their retail processes, challenges, and objectives, and translate them into SAP S/4HANA SD/MM solutions.
• Lead the design and customization of SAP S/4HANA SD/MM Retail functionalities, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and business goals.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP configurations, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and optimal performance.
• Provide expert guidance and support to end-users during the implementation and post-go-live phases, including training sessions and troubleshooting assistance.
• Stay current with SAP S/4HANA SD/MM Retail trends, updates, and advancements, and proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and knowledge transfer purposes.
• Writing scripts and programs to create user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities.
