REGIONAL MANAGER / AREA MANAGER

Location: Milan Area.

Report to: Country Sales Manager ITALY.

Our Client has big and great plans for the start-up and expansion of a their danish brand in Italy, and now is the chance to join their team front the very beginning of this adventure.

Our client is a Danish – owned retail chain: they opened the doors to the first store in Denmark and has grown into a chain of more than 720 stores in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Finland, Portugal, Spain and Italy in 2025.

Job Summary

You will be their first employee in Italy, and you will play a big part in the start-up project for Italy.

As Regional Manager / Area Manager, you will have hands-on involvement in many different assignments, and no two days will be the same.

Your tasks will include:

· Management of approx. 15 stores, store managers and staff;

· Optimizing sales and implementing best practice in your stores and across the region;

· Daily visits to your stores focusing on KPIs, budgeting, performance and management;

· Recruiting, training and coaching store manages in the Region;

· Coordination and follow-up on sales and operations in alignment with the management in Denmark;

· Acting as role model for the implementation of brand culture and values.

Requisiti

About You

· Experiences manager prepared for hand – on involvement and experience working as a Regional Manager or Area Manager in Retail (also Large Scale Retail Trade);

· Strong retail background;

· Good at prioritizing and planning you own work;

· Excellent communication skills;

· Strong and energetic personality.
