Responsibilities
• Create self-control plans for new openings and/or department changes in sales points• Manage communication on product recalls, health alerts, and non-compliance detected after inspections• Provide necessary training on regulations and procedures• Qualify suppliers and list ingredients for bulk or prepared products in sales area• Conduct visits to sales points to understand needs and verify sanitation products used• Manage audit outcomes and laboratory analyses
Requirements
• Degree in food sciences or equivalent• Knowledge of the GDO sector with a focus on the profession• Haccp trainer certification• Knowledge of hygiene and health regulations• Knowledge of audit processes• Knowledge of food products• Training skills• Competitive salary based on professionalism and experience
