Il supervisore di produzione (Process Expert), inserito all'interno di un team operativo, svolge le attivit? operative di competenza atte all'avviamento di macchine/processi e alla produzione del nuovo prodotto farmaceutico Cabenuva in accordo alle procedure e ai piani produttivi accordati. Nel suo ruolo, rispetta e fa applicare le policy aziendali in tema di: Ambiente e Sicurezza (EHS), Valori e Aspettative di Comportamento (COMPANY NAME), Codice di Condotta e norme GMP e Data Integrity. Contribuisce inoltre al mglioramento continuo e garantisce le performance prefissate.
In questo ruolo tu…
* Gestirai le attivit? MERP legate alle attivit? produttive (es. prelievi, carichi/scarichi di prodotto e materiali, notification task, capa task,...)
* Coordinerai l'avviamento di nuove macchine e processi da un punto di vista operativo
* Garantirai il monitoragio degli indicatori di performance dei processi assegnati
* Supervisionerai e allestirai la documentazione di reparto (elettronica e cartacea)
* Richiederai l'emessione di ordini di acquisto
* Utilizzerai i sistemi informatici di area quali electronic batch record eBR, RTLS, SCADA, MyLearning, Geripweb, ...
* Assicurerai, in assenza o a supporto del Capo Reparto, la supervisione dei processi e delle attivit? e la loro conformit? alle norme e ai piani definiti
* Garantirai la tempestiva segnalazione in caso di scostamenti rispetto al piano operativo e agli obiettivi assegnati nel rispetto del corretto processo di escalation
* Parteciperai proattivamente alle iniziative di miglioramento di processo e di organizzazione di reparto
* Collaborerai positivamente con gli enti a supporto per l'identificazione e risoluzioni di probelmi in tempo reale (Rapid Response) applicando il processo di problem solving e corrective action (RCA & CAPA)
* Parteciperai, se richiesto, a ispezioni, audit e self inspection di area
Qualifiche e competenze di base:
* Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico\scientifico o esperienza pluriennale in produzione
* Conoscenza del pacchetto office
* Esperienza di gestione di performance di un team operativo e di organizzazione del lavoro in un ambiente dinamico
* Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
* Capacit? di scrittura di procedure operative, comprensione di sistemi/macchine complessi e delle criticit? associate
