The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Core Activities of the role
- Manage the activity of the Group Head of Executive Development and the Group Head of Learning
- Handle sensitive and personal information related to our Global Leadership Network population and maintain strict confidentiality. Exercise discretion and professionalism in all matters, respecting the privacy and trust placed in you.
- Manage the agendas of the 2 responsible Directors in a diligent manner.
- Update on a weekly basis the Individual Executive Development program Excel follow up tab.
- Organize debriefing sessions with Entity CEOs, Group CEO and deputy CEO: Prepare the pack send it in advance; Secure the logistic i.e. check the people who will be virtually connected and the ones who will be on site.
- Responsible for managing relationships with others P/A and teams, facilitating effective communication and maintaining positive working relationships.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, memos and messages, on behalf of your managers. Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Handle logistical aspects, such as booking flights, managing expenses, and preparing necessary travel documents. Completion of the internal tools on behalf of your managers (Pleiades, Saturn, Concur).
- Manage processes incl. approvals in tools like Saturne, Concur, Pleiades, Silva, Coupa
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations
- Perform multifaceted general office support (time-off, purchases, expense accounts, …)
- Prepare the onboarding / offboarding of the team (Learning / ED) + ABS extensions, Contractors
- Organize Team Events (via Coupa) & Catering
- Handle administrative tasks for the Group Head of Learning linked to AXA University
Votre Profil
Technical and Professional Skills
- Proficiency in MS Pack Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong ability to be concise & and clear in note writing
- Knowledge of the company’s business areas
- Ability to analyze information and understand information as it relates to ongoing work/team projects
- Sound research skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Fluent English (written and oral)
