It’s an exciting time to join the Marketing team here at AXA Global Healthcare, as we have a new role created as a Performance Marketing Manager to drive the development and effective implementation of a lead generation plan, across the complete value chain for Individuals and SMEs direct.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Manage and deliver a range of multi-channel and multi-lingual digital paid marketing campaigns to deliver leads targets for direct individual and SME clients (B2C and ABM lead gen marketing)
  • Put in place and manage a paid media remarketing activity to support renewal targets of direct individual and SME clients
  • Constantly optimise the performance of the lead gen activity as well as the sales funnel UX, for renewing customer journeys and quote and buy conversion rates. Lead the optimization of paid media spend to improve marketing effectiveness and ROAS 
  • Define and optimise the paid media plan with the digital marketing agency, putting in place a robust A/B test plan to constantly test new channels and optimise existing activity. Roll out new digital paid channels such as Programmatic Display or Connected TV
  • You'll implement an affiliates strategy and testing new affiliate opportunities and lead the paid media activity and launch campaigns for key strategic and transformation initiatives
  • Manage the enhancements to the acquisition content on website, drive improvements to SEO performance, working with the web, content and copy teams
  • Lead brand awareness activity and deliver at least one digital brand campaign per year 
  • You'll manage digital reporting, maintain performance reports and full lead gen funnel analysis, oversee roll out of GA4
  • Develop and manage a high performing team of Performance Marketing professionals, nurturing talent, addressing performance issues proactively and encouraging personal development
  • Be the main point of contact on a day-to-day basis for the digital marketing agency

Your Profile

What we’re looking for: 

  • Lead generation marketing expertise for B2C (with SMEs/ABM experience a plus)
  • Proven track record in digital paid media channels with knowledge of SEO and organic channels
  • Track record in marketing effectiveness optimisation with ability to analyse data, track and report on marketing funnel performance on a regularly basis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including copywriting for ads
  • Expertise in using Google Analytics (GA4 a plus)
  • Marketing agency management experience
  • Budget management experience 
  • Team management experience
  • Highly organised with strong appreciation for project management principles
  • Experience of working in a dynamic and agile environment, delivering work at pace, yet within strict compliance guidelines
  • Experience of French language would be desirable but not essential
