- To ensure that our strategic + operational objectives are met through the development + implementation of employee engagement + retention strategies.
- To collaborate with specialist functions locally + regionally to support people related needs + expectations.
- To facilitate behavioral change in leaders + employees to drive our people + organizational transformation.
- To ensure that all expectations within our annual cycle of activities are achieved, ensuring that the employee experience is a focus at all times.
- To collaborate with key stakeholders to address key topics such as compensation + benefits, organizational design, succession planning, talent + organizational development.
- To ensure that we ensure that diversity + inclusivity across our products + services is evident.
- To coach + advise others on the effective resolution of a range of employee related challenges.
- To leverage data analytics to develop future focused HR activities.
Your Skills and Experiences
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in HR management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in developing Employee Engagement and Strategy by driving Culture and Change Management.
- Plus to have legal and compliance, and Admin/operational excellence background.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of Human Resources practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Advanced knowledge in reports, dashboards, business review, strategic planning.
- Must be willing to work in Pasay City (MOA area).
- Preferably with experience in the Logistics or Supply Chain industries.
