Manager It

To manage the design and development activities for a group. responsibility Includes systems and application analysis, programming, feasibility studies, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, math or directly related quantitative Degree or related field. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Five (5) years systems development experience which includes programming. Skill in one or more programming languages. If position is in mainframe environment, complex systems experience on IBM operating systems or microprocessors required. Experience in the technical design and development of major data processing projects. IMS experience. If position is in client/server environment, systems development experience to include distributed systems is required. Experience in client/server technology, object oriented (OO) development or case tools. Experience in the technical design and development of major client/server projects. Knowledge of software and engineering principles. Strong basic management, human relations and communication skills.

• Lead strategic IT initiatives; provide updates to all levels of management 
• Establish and track KPI’s for strategic initiatives  
• Collaborate across Global business and IT teams in order to ensure initiative capabilities are delivered within scope and on schedule
• Act as a thought leader in selected technology and business activity domain 
• Demonstrated experience leading the development of scalable solutions
• Champion the use of business architecture standards, tools, best practices, and development methodologies for strategic initiatives
• Partner with industry analysts, software vendors and internal stakeholders as necessary to support key initiative delivery
• Extensive experience in the development and management of large scale global initiatives leveraging Scaled Agile Framework practices
• Extensive project and program management experience
• Extensive experience in Executive Communications 

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:

• Experience in Business Case Development
• Scaled Agile Framework Experience
• Communications background

Work Location(s)/Domicile:
Desired location for this position would be Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA, however, this position may be located anywhere within the United States.

Salary Range Estimate: Monthly Salary: $9,105.30 - $16,213.75. This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, your work location, how many years of experience you have, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
