Takes ownership and responsibility over all aspects of customer technical project support for customer engagement and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and conform to quality standards while mitigating risks and constraints. Leads a team of integration consultants around technical activities of both external and internal resources to ensure that projects meet established deadlines. Manages project relations and communications between business and technical members, developing and executing project management plan. Plans and directs activities to ensure project goals are met within defined scope, time, and cost constraints. Works closely with various stakeholders and teams, including customers, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Solutions, developing strong working relationships with all key stakeholders. Define metrics and measurements to drive continuous process optimization of customer projects. Performs project communication planning, information distribution, progress reporting, and overall project administration. Proactively identifies and plans for potential risks, builds contingency plans, and takes action to mitigate risks.



  • Plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for technical processes and projects.
  • Analyzes and documents in-depth requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization.
  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for improving the integration and customer project lifecycle.
  • Conducts risk analysis and monitors the progress of plans against project achievements and budgets.
  • Provides technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
  • Ensures consistency to quality standards and review of project deliverables.
  • Responsible for preparation of formal leadership reports, status updates and presentations on projects.
  • Align with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.

  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior audiences.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience with five to eight (5-8) years’ relevant experience in project and process planning and management for technical solutions, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • A related master's degree equals two (2) years’ experience. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
  • Customer facing experience required.
  • Knowledge of multi-functional departmental processes preferred.
  • Previous hands-on solution development, systems analysis or QA experience preferred.
  • Experience working with web-based e-commerce and/or supply chain platforms and working with various types of API integrations.
 
Domicile / Relocation Information: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business needs.

Colorado, Nevada, Connecticut, New York, California, Rhode Island, Washington, Hawaii, Illinois and New Jersey Residents Only - Compensation: Monthly Salary: $9,947.00 - $14,920.00. This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include but are not limited to your specific skills, your work location, how many years of experience you have, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
