Direct reporting to the CEO, the individual will be responsible for drive growth, customer satisfaction, efficiency, and innovation through digital transformation, risk management, team development, strategic partnerships, and effective brand and marketing strategies, also overseeing special projects and strategic initiatives related to business development.

Profile

Proven experience in developing and executing successful business growth strategies, with a focus on profitability and market expansion. Ability to innovate and introduce new products, particularly in the insurance sector.

Competence in leveraging digital channels for market expansion. Skilled in digital marketing strategies to attract a diverse audience and enhance customer convenience.

Strong skills in customer service and retention.

Experience in streamlining front office operations, adopting new technologies, and optimizing workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

In-depth understanding of insurance laws and regulations.

Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams.

Keen interest in industry trends and adaptive to changing market conditions. Ability to invest in R&D and explore new insurance models, including collaboration with technology firms for innovative solutions.

Experience in effectively managing risks in the insurance business, ensuring protection of the company and its clients.

Experience in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to build and strengthen the brand presence locally and nationally.
