They are known for providing unforgettable experiences for the whole family.They are currently looking for Maître d' to join their team during the summer season in their 4 and 5-star resorts in various locations.The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, and be willing to relocate for the summer season.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate the setup of the restaurant and other dining areas in the resort.• Supervise and coordinate the dining staff, including planning schedules and shifts.• Greet and seat guests, provide recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction.• Train the dining staff and promote their development and growth.• Build professional relationships to provide excellent service and anticipate guest requests.• Ensure the quality of service and guest satisfaction while following company procedures.• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.• Ensure adherence to company standards.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar role (in hotels, resorts, restaurants, etc.).• Knowledge of banquet and event setups and mise en place.• Knowledge of wines.• Customer-oriented with attention to detail and organizational skills.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Professionalism, reliability, and leadership abilities.• Ability to work in a team and solve problems.• Knowledge of HACCP and safety regulations.• Willingness to relocate for the summer season.• Knowledge of English or another language in addition to Italian is a plus.
