Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process: starting from the creation of the job description, job posting, CV screening, phone interviews, interviews, scouting, job offer
- Update the recruitment system
- Collect personnel documentation for the hiring
- Collaborate with Recruiting Agencies
- Collaborate with the colleagues of Boutique
Requirements
Must Have Skills
- Degree in Economics, Humanities
- 1 year of experience in a similar role (in a Fashion/Luxury/Retail company will be considered a plus)
- Strong communication and listening skills, positive and flexible attitude
- Strong passion for human resources
- Fluent in English
