Context and Purpose of the job 
You will join our company, working in the HR Team based in Milan.
As Junior Recruiter, you will manage the whole recruitment process of Stores' positions, collaborating with your colleagues.
 
Responsibilities
 

• Manage the recruitment process: starting from the creation of the job description, job posting, CV screening, phone interviews, interviews, scouting, job offer
• Update the recruitment system
• Collect personnel documentation for the hiring
• Collaborate with Recruiting Agencies
• Collaborate with the colleagues of Boutique

 
Requirements
Must Have Skills
 

• Degree in Economics, Humanities
• 1 year of experience in a similar role (in a Fashion/Luxury/Retail company will be considered a plus)
• Strong communication and listening skills, positive and flexible attitude
• Strong passion for human resources
• Fluent in English
