- Conduct monthly onboarding IS orientation with AXA’s new members.
- Conduct annual re-orientation about AXA workplace IS guidelines.
- Assist Chief Information Security Officer and DPO with ensuring 100% compliance with AXA Group’s annual security and data privacy assessment.
- Ensure new employees’ compliance with AXA Security Group’s mandatory trainings.
- Work with different business units to address security awareness gaps and needs Ensure employees compliance with Acceptable User Policy (AUP).
- Conduct periodical vendor orientation about AXA’s information security policies.
- Cascade security awareness content and message across the organization when required and necessary.
- Conduct ad-hoc security consultation and re-orientation after each security incident
- Reviews and proof reads IT Operations and Security documents
- Work with CSO, CISO, and Security Group to ensure AXA PH follows the recommended trainings.
- Work with regional and local IT team heads to ensure they carry out the planned actions and projects to mitigate IT security risks.
- Work with business department heads to ensure that security is taken into consideration and implement the required actions that fall within the business area.

Your Profile
- University degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, or any of the allied degrees
- Experienced in training and development
- Knowledgeable with principles of learning and adult learning theories
- Knowledgeable with principles of designing learning and assessment content
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent in oral and written communication
- People orientated
- Experienced with working with wide range professional backgrounds
- Observant and detailed orientated
- Team-player and flexible
- Knowledgeable in basic Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator tools
