RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - International Property & Facility Technical Support to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Procurement, Property & Facility Management Division
Mission
Learn how a Property & Facility Management team works.
Job Responsibilities
Learn and practice different technical and maintenance activities related to Property & Facility Management.
You will learn:
- to look for the possible solutions according to the defined new office RINA targets
- to analyse the proposed alternative option and select the most appropriate ones according to the RINA standards
- to cooperate with the local colleagues to retrieve office measures and general info (furniture, photos, etc.)
- to prepare the layout of offices and/or reorganize the internal space
- to support in the preparation of the specification of works for the special projects dedicated to office renovation
- to organize a move in a new office or a move out from an office to be returned
- to assist in the selection and management the providers for the required services (e.g. transport, refurbishment, construction works, etc.)
Desired Skills
- Good command of Microsoft office tool
- Proficient use of AutoCAD 2D
- English level: B1/2

Bachelor’s Degree
Master’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
