RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - International Property & Facility Technical Support to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Property & Facility Management Division
Mission
To learn how an International Property & Facility & Technical Management team works.
Training Objectives
- to manage the optimisation of the RINA offices according to the business needs
- planning the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities of the offices, including plants (e.g. HVAC, lighting, etc.)
- to analyse the current maintenance activities, making an assessment of the current service providers with the scope of identifying possible critical issues/inefficiency and proposing corrective actions/alternatives
- to draft maintenance activities procedures and verify their implementation
- to look for possible solutions according to the defined new office RINA targets
- to analyse the proposed alternative option and select the most appropriate ones according to the RINA standards
- to cooperate with local colleagues to retrieve office measures and general info (furniture, photos, etc.)
- the preparation of the specification of works for special projects dedicated to office renovation
- to organise a move into a new office or a move out from an office to be returned
- to assist in selecting and managing the providers for the required services (e.g., market analysis, gap analysis, transport, refurbishment, construction works, etc.)
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture or Technical/Economical matters
- Good command of Microsoft office tool
- English level: Proficiency
