* Neolaureat* Magistrale in Scienze della Comunicazione o materie umanistiche con Master post Laurea in Comunicazione o affini
Altri requisiti:
* Buona padronanza della lingua inglese - livello C1;
* Buona conoscenza di editing video, software di grafica e del pacchetto Office (Power Point, Excel).
* Tecniche di Comunicazione;
* Project Management;
* Precedente esperienza in ambito di comunicazione (di tesi o di stage curriculare)
* Spiccate capacit? di scrittura e doti relazionali;
* Comunicazione Web e Social;
* Attenzione ai dettagli e buona creativit?
* Capacit? di lavorare sotto pressione e con scadenze ravvicinate
* Flessibilit? rispetto a mutevoli esigenze

La persona sar? inserita nell'ambito della Direzione Comunicazione e affiancher? il team dedicato alla gestione delle attivit? di comunicazione interna, con riferimento alla sede di Parma, in un percorso di stage.
Obiettivi e modalit? di svolgimento
L'attivit? formativa si concentrer? sui seguenti aspetti:
* Elaborare contenuti digitali (grafiche, immagini e video) e testuali (comunicati, newsletter, post)
* Gestire operativamente i canali di comunicazione interna (intranet, news, plasma, newsletter, ecc.)
* Supportare le diverse aree nella definizione dei piani e stesura delle comunicazioni
* Proporre, sviluppare e pubblicare contenuti editoriali in accordo con le linee guida della Direzione Comunicazione e la corporate identity
* Adattare e tradurre i materiali globali, garantendo la coerenza del messaggio
* Partecipare all'organizzazione di eventi interni ed esterni
* Monitorare le iniziative di comunicazione interna, anche tramite analytics
