If you would like to be part of such unique environment, we are looking for an outstanding and super skilled Interns in the following departments: • Human Resources: if you are passionate about people and talent development and interested in building a career in Human Resources In Hospitality, we are looking for an intern to join our team for implementing our Castelfalfi policies, processes, and procedures; executing recruitment tasks in order to help attracting and retaining the highest calibre of colleagues; posting job vacancies on social media channels and assisting with training and development activities, such as managing mandatory employee trainings in class and online. • Finance: if you have a degree in business administration or similar and you would like to start a career in the finance department, we are looking for an intern who will support colleagues in filing tax documents, support in the management of active and passive invoicing and send invoices to the relevant departments. • Purchasing: If you are interested in deepening your knowledge of the procurement department in a well-structured luxury hospitality environment, we are looking for an intern to support colleagues in recording invoices on purchasing software, help in checking inventory in our warehouse and verifying goods are well received and compliant. • Project Management: if you have a degree in architecture or engineering, we are looking for an intern to join our Projects Development department. The candidate will support the project manager in coordinating the design, management and implementation of activities of the Real Estate developments planned for the forthcoming seasons.
