The DE&I and Engagement Intern will support the company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives and employee engagement activities. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing and implementing programs that promote a diverse and inclusive culture and spread the company’s values.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of DE&I programs and events
- Help coordinate special projects (Certificazione parità di genere, People Survey, company volunteering)
- Assist in analyzing data related to DE&I metrics and employee engagement surveys
- Assist in designing/reviewing company policies that reinforce diversity in the workplace
- Support the scheduling and organization of training sessions and workshops
- Support the creation and launch of DE&I related communications
- Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends in DE&I
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
- Organizational and project management skills
- Authentic interest in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and employee engagement / wellbeing
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Availability for sporadic travel to Italian and Swiss (Ticino) premises
