Your Role
Reporting to the Global Head of
Air Logistics Operations you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs within BU Air to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees within the organization aligning training initiatives with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. This role involves collaborating with Global Headquarters and all of
Air Logistics to identify training needs, designing effective learning solutions, and ensuring the workforce is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to achieve business objectives and excel in their roles.
Your Responsibilities
- You will collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to identify training needs and align training initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Design and create training programs including e-learning courses, workshops, and other resources, that cater to the specific needs of different departments and job roles based on business goals. Implement methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and make necessary improvements to enhance training outcomes.
- You will oversee the delivery of training programs, which may include in-person sessions, webinars, e-learning, and other methods. Ensure that training methods are engaging and effective.
- Develop and manage the training department's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to meet the organization's training needs.
- You will Manage a team of trainers, instructional designers, and support staff, providing guidance, leadership, and support for their professional growth.
- Ensure that training programs adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as industry standards.
- Technology Integration: Stay current with training technologies and tools, and implement systems and platforms to support training efforts.
Your Skills and Experiences
- BSc, Human Resources, Learning and Development, or Organization Psychology
- 2-5 years' Project Management experience
- 2-5 International experience
- 2-5 years' Air Logistics experience
- Must have experience working with Unionized employees
- Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
