Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer cases via email Teams and phone
- Handle order management invoicing and transport planning
- Work with export documentation administration warranty and claim management
What Were Looking For
- Relevant educational background in customs logistics or business
- Experience in similar roles or Service and administration (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Swedish both spoken and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
