The primary responsibility of the ASM is to acquire new customers and provide exceptional service to existing customers. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of identifying business opportunities, scouting prospects, evaluating their position in the industry, and researching sales options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, offering them tailored solutions to meet their needs. Additionally, provide ongoing support, valuable information, and guidance to our existing clients, and consistently seek out new opportunities for mutual growth.
- Market Insight: market activities, and competitor movements to identify areas for product improvements or new product offerings. Prepare comprehensive reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing pertinent information.
- Quality Service: Uphold our organization's high standards for quality service, ensuring that clients' needs and expectations are consistently met.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Contribute to our team's success by achieving results that align with our overall objectives and mission.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, demonstrating exceptional negotiation skills.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Spanish will be a valuable asset.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of three (5) years of experience in industry sales.
- One to three years of management experience.
