What you will do:
* Identify, prospect and onboard new customers by using digital channels
* Own the complex sales cycle with our largest merchants - from the prospecting stage to closing deals
* Recognize opportunities to drive profitable revenue in targeted markets, utilizing professional tools
* Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients turning them into our ambassadors
* Support clients to identify, navigate or systemic complexities to drive the adoption of payment technology
* Ensure that project goals are met and adhere to the approved budget
* Participate actively in developing our activities and strategies
* Become an expert in selling VivaWallet's world-class financial solutions
* Provide expertise, feedback, analysis and after-sales support where necessary
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years in B2B in selling complex solutions ideally within the payments sector
* A proven track record of delivering high-value sales & love networking
* Proven experience in managing a team
* Outstanding knowledge of enterprises/ key accounts market
* Excellent communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills
* A good understanding of the UX and the payment gateway
* An experience of payment on Point of Sales Terminals would be a plus
* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Ability to engage and influence C-level executives & stakeholders
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
Desirable
* A technical background in computer science, (e.g., MIS degree)
* Direct field & management experience in working with Commercial accounts
* Extensive customer network in Enterprise Market
* Strong leadership skills, outcome-oriented thinking
