JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
For cross-brand matters, support the Leonardo Brand Content Development Team with tools and reports, bringing innovative ideas and building strong project management skills. Main stakeholders would be other Leonardo Teams.
For branded topics, research and pull together materials related to brand and products that will be turned into script/storyboard proposal that will originate various training formats (ie. Videos, interactive modules, PDFs, podcasts,…). In this case, interaction with marketing and brand teams will be necessary.
The successful candidate will have number of core accountabilities in the role, including:
* Willingness to master tools and applications necessary to ensure end-to-end production process
* Become fully able to apply Leonardo's styleguide and processes
* Monitor training activities and programs to continuously improve quality
* Identify new ways/formats of talking about our brands and products
* Work as trait-d'union between marketing/brand teams and production members
* Create a smooth way of working with marketing and brand teams

* Leonardo tools & processes mastering
* Materials collection
* Training needs collection
* Planning of content production/publication
* Training macro-design and ideation
NETWORK OF INTERACTION:
INTERNAL : Learning Strategy and Learning ops teams, Training production teams, Faculty team, Creative Hub team, Training Excellence team, Marketing & Product Teams, GTM, Brand
EXTERNAL : Vendors (if needed), License
TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
* Strong project management skills
* Proven knowledge on last digital and innovation trends
* Strong PC skills including highly competent use of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Knowledge of Microsoft Teams would be advantageous.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
